Al-Akhyaar Islamic Foundation (AKIF)
Ridwan Oluwadamilare Ariyo Alim Ballo, popularly known as Alfa Omo Alfa, is a respected Islamic scholar known for his dedication to Islamic education and community development. He serves as the Founder and Director of Al-Akhyaar Islamic Foundation Worldwide (AKIF) and holds the title of Grand Mufasir of Iloffa Land, a historic town near Ilorin in Kwara State.
Born into a lineage of Islamic scholarship, Shaykh Ridwan is the son of the late Shaykh Alim Bello (Al-Mukhtar). His upbringing in a scholarly environment shaped his deep understanding of Islamic teachings and commitment to spreading knowledge.
Shaykh Ridwan is widely recognized for his ability to explain Islamic teachings clearly and effectively, making complex topics accessible to students and the wider Muslim community.
A major focus of his work is the development of Madrasa education, where students are trained to uphold strong Islamic values, good character, and leadership skills.
Through his vision and dedication, he continues to promote Islamic scholarship, moral development, and unity within the Muslim community.
Our Mission & Purpose
Described as a luxurious/ultra-modern facility designed to foster community worship, a sacred place dedicated to daily prayers and spiritual growth.
It serves as a central hub for Islamic education, worship, and community activities, hosting major events like the 2024, 2025 Maolud Nabiyyi and the annual AKIF conference, providing Islamic knowledge and learning opportunities for all ages.
